崗位職責/Job Responsibilities:
?Analyse the market trend, customer, platform legal requirements, requirement transformation from vehicle to components.
分析市場趨勢,客戶,平臺項目和法律法規(guī)需求,車輛級別到控制元件需求轉換
?Filed customer feedback/complaint analysis support, lesson learnt mechanism to continue optimize product.
協(xié)助售后團隊分析客戶反饋,優(yōu)化產品設計
?Distribute system requirement to domain(HW, SW, ME, etc.) requirement
系統(tǒng)級別需求分解到硬件,軟件以及結構等
?Lead support DCU, drive system vehicle benchmarking
領導或者支持驅動控制單位,驅動系統(tǒng)或者車輛競品分析
?Track the latest technological trends in the market, Lead support Innovation project including cooperation with GB, CTG, PRM ENG team

崗位要求/Job Requirements:
1.教育背景:本科或以上學歷,電氣工程、電力電子、電機與電氣及相關專業(yè);
Bacheldegree above in electrical Engineering power electronic, motelectrical related major
2.工作背景:至少3年電驅動系統(tǒng)工作經(jīng)驗等;
At least 3 years’ experience in electrical drive system, familiar with motcontrol, embedded system, power electrics, etc.
3.英文:CET-4級以上
CET4 above.
4.軟件:熟練需求管理和常用測試軟件
DNG, CANoe, INCA
5.能力要求:
?良好的溝通表達能力,具有靈活性,善于解決問題;
Communication ability with all levels of people flexible, good problem solving skills.
?較強的組織協(xié)調能力,關注細節(jié),具有團隊合作精神;
Team player with goodganization coordination skills, attention to details.

?熟練掌握CAD設計工具(如SolidWorks、CATIA等)和仿真工具(如ANSYS、MATLAB等)。
Proficient in CAD design tools (such as SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.) simulation tools (such as ANSYS, MATLAB, etc.).
?具備電機控制、電池管理系統(tǒng)(BMS)或傳動系統(tǒng)設計經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
Experience in motcontrol, battery management systems (BMS), transmission system design is preferred.
?較強的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力和問題解決能力。
Strong data analysis problem-solving skills.
