Job responsibilities
1.Optimize the design to test electronics based on quality cost criteria
2.Analysis, validation optimization of manufacturing processes four electronic projects
3.Development introduction of specifications fthe manufacturing testing processes at the EMS ODM partners
4.Analyze the statistic of detected defects derive improvement measures fthe electronic development
5.Provide technical support to the project teams including communication to EMS ODM partners
1.根據質量和成本標準優化電子產品的設計以進行測試。
2.對我們電子項目的制造工藝進行分析、驗證與優化。
3.為EMS（電子制造服務）和ODM（原始設計制造商）合作伙伴制定并引入制造與測試流程規范。
4.分析檢測到的缺陷統計數據，并得出電子開發方面的改進措施。
5.為項目團隊提供技術支持，包括與EMS和ODM合作伙伴進行溝通。


Job requirements
1.bacheldegree above on electronics, master is preferred
2.more than 5 years Work Experience。
3.High expertise in production of electronic assemblies including testing (ICT, in-process testing) Good knowledge in 4.statistics tool-based evaluation of test coverage within a development manufacturing process
1. 電子相關專業本科及以上學歷，碩士優先。
2. 具有5年以上工作經驗。
3. 在電子組件生產（包括測試，如在線測試（ICT）、過程中測試）方面具備高度專業知識。
4. 對開發和制造過程中的測試覆蓋，在統計學及基于工具的評估方面有豐富知識。
