The program is designed to help you discover your strengths, build a strong professional network prepare fa long-term career within ourganization.

Your Responsibilities
· Rotate in the core Controlling areas across Munich China (Corporate/ Functional/ BU/ Channel/ Factory/ Project) to identify key drivers of business performance give recommendations as management decision referring.
· Participate in key strategic projects, assist in management meeting preparation, draft management summary on monthly business development, etc. to build up holistic view on business outlook.
· Leverage Technology/AI tool to digitalize optimize the key operational process, resulting in efficiency improvement.

Your Profile
· Master’s degree comparable in Business administration, Finance & Accounting, Economics related qualifications.
· At least 1-year relevant experience in Financial Business Analysis related area （internship counted）
· Work experience in the international corporations is preferred.
· CPA ACCA certifications is highly preferred, Progress towards a professional certification is viewed favorably.
· Language Requirements: Fluent in both spoken written, Chinese native German language skills are a plus.
