      Requirements & Skills
      ??? ?Bachelor’s Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, with a comprehensive background in full-stack development.
      ??? ?8+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years focused on Backend based projects involving Java Spring frameworks.
      ??? ?Demonstrable experience with RESTful API development, including proficiency with OAuth2, JWT, Security aspects.
      ??? ?Strong understanding of RESTful API development experience with both SQL (like MySQL, PostgreSQL) NoSQL databases (like MongoDB).
      ??? ?Strong version control skills using tools like Git, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality through reviews automated tests.
      ??? ?Exceptional communication team-building skills, with the capacity to mentdevelopers, facilitate technical skill growth, align team efforts with strategic objectives.
      ??? ?Ability to lead in dynamic, iterative development environments.
