你將負(fù)責(zé)的工作
核心系統(tǒng)開發(fā)與優(yōu)化: 使用Python開發(fā)和維護(hù)處理數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)的高性能金融處理系統(tǒng)。構(gòu)建可擴(kuò)展的微服務(wù)架構(gòu)，支持實(shí)時(shí)應(yīng)收應(yīng)付交易處理，確保系統(tǒng)在高并發(fā)場(chǎng)景下的穩(wěn)定性和響應(yīng)速度。
1.模型工程落地:
負(fù)責(zé)本地大模型（開源 / 自研）的部署與運(yùn)維，基于 vLLM、Ollama 等工具搭建高可用推理服務(wù)，優(yōu)化并發(fā)性能與資源占用；
2.主導(dǎo)模型微調(diào)與調(diào)優(yōu)：
設(shè)計(jì) SFT/RLHF 方案，運(yùn)用 LoRA、QLoRA 等輕量化技術(shù)適配業(yè)務(wù)場(chǎng)景，提升模型任務(wù)準(zhǔn)確率。設(shè)計(jì)并落地企業(yè)級(jí) RAG 架構(gòu)，涵蓋文檔解析、文本分割、向量嵌入全流程，優(yōu)化檢索召回率與知識(shí)準(zhǔn)確性；
負(fù)責(zé) Milvus 向量數(shù)據(jù)庫的搭建與運(yùn)維，深耕索引優(yōu)化（ScaNN/HNSW/IVFFlat 等類型選型），結(jié)合 GPU 加速、成長索引等技術(shù)提升查詢 QPS 與穩(wěn)定性。
基于 LangChain、LangGraph 等框架開發(fā)智能 Agent，設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)規(guī)劃、工具調(diào)用與記憶機(jī)制，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化業(yè)務(wù)流程；
深耕 Prompt Engineering，構(gòu)建提示詞模板庫與優(yōu)化方法論，解決模型幻覺、輸出不一致等問題。
3.技術(shù)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì): 參與系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)討論，提出技術(shù)解決方案以支持業(yè)務(wù)快速增長。實(shí)施*佳開發(fā)實(shí)踐，包括代碼審查、文檔編寫和知識(shí)分享。
4.跨團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作: 與產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理、前端工程師、DevOps團(tuán)隊(duì)密切合作，確保技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)與業(yè)務(wù)需求完美契合。支持客戶技術(shù)對(duì)接和問題排查。

About The Role

What You Will Do
Core System Development & Optimization: Develop maintain high-performance financial processing systems handling data points using Python. Build a scalable microservices architecture supporting real-time AR/AP transaction processing, ensuring system stability responsiveness under high-concurrency scenarios.
1.Model Engineering Implementation:
Responsible fdeployment operations of local large language models (open-source/proprietary), building high-availability inference services using tools like vLLM Ollama, optimizing concurrent performance resource utilization.
2.Lead Model Fine-tuning & Optimization:
Design SFT/RLHF solutions apply lightweight techniques like LoRA QLoRA to adapt to business scenarios, improving model task accuracy. Design implement enterprise-grade RAG architecture covering the complete pipeline from document parsing, text segmentation to vectembedding, optimizing retrieval recall rates knowledge accuracy.
Responsible fbuilding maintaining Milvus vectdatabases, specializing in index optimization (ScaNN/HNSW/IVFFlat type selection), combining GPU acceleration growing index technologies to enhance query QPS stability.
Develop intelligent Agents based on frameworks like LangChain LangGraph, designing task planning, tool invocation, memory mechanisms to achieve automated business processes.
Deep expertise in Prompt Engineering, building prompt template libraries optimization methodologies to solve issues like model hallucination output inconsistency.
3.Technical Architecture Design: Participate in system architecture design discussions propose technical solutions to support rapid business growth. Implement development best practices including code review, documentation, knowledge sharing.
4.Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, frontend engineers, DevOps teams to ensure technical implementation aligns perfectly with business requirements. Support customer technical integration troubleshooting.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelors degree above from top-tier universities (985/211), preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related technical fields
3+ years of Python development experience with proficiency in mainstream frameworks like Django/Flask/FastAPI large-scale project development experience
Solid foundation in data structures algorithms, familiar with multi-threading, asynchronous programming, performance optimization techniques
Proficient in relational databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL, understanding of NoSQL databases like Redis MongoDB
Experience with fintech, payment systems, enterprise SaaS product development preferred
Familiar with cloud platform services (AWS), understanding of containerization technologies like Docker Kubernetes
Good English reading ability to read technical documentation participate in international team collaboration
Strong learning ability, curious about new technologies, excellent problem-solving skills team collaboration spirit
