As a Directof Human Resources, you will be responsible fthe effective management performance of all Human Resources related activities. This includes talent management, succession planning, learning development training, performance management, compensation benefits, employee relations, health safety initiatives. Specifically, a Directof Human Resources will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

Plan forecast the short long-term talent requirements fthe hotel to support its business plans
Maintain a best practice recruitment approach, including the Companys vacancy management system, to attract the best applicants
Build a strong career succession planning system to retain develop talent
Implement training development strategies to continuously improve performance customer service
Oversee the hotels human resources database payroll system
Provide a framework fcounseling, coaching, welfare services
Manage the Opinion Survey the calendar of Team Member social events
Manage resolve, promptly completely, all employee relations issues
Maintain an awareness of competithuman resources activities best practices
