The Commercial Directis responsible fthe overall strategic management of the hotel by establishing effective working relationships with seniteam members, in particular the General Manager, Directof Operations, Directof Finance Directof Human Resources. This role provides support advice to the General Manager in strategic planning overall business goals relating to business development issues of the brthe hotel, protecting guarding corporate standards, brintegrity hotel image.
What will I be doing?
As the Commercial Director, you will be responsible fperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:
? Assist the General Manager to complete all work related to revenue marketing of the hotel, completing work assigned by the General Manager.
? Responsible fthe management of Sales, Banquet Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, Marketing Communications.
? Lead the hotel business team to achieve relevant key indicators, including but not limited to managing the hotels continued profitability, ensuring the hotels revenue profit, guest satisfaction to meet exceed the standard requirements.
? Develop the hotels annual / quarterly / monthly budget forecast work plans, implementing them effectively.
? Participate in developing implementing hotel departmental policies regulations.
? Develop marketing strategies promotion plans to adjust to the market situation in real time.
? Supervise drive the progress implementation of marketing plans.
? Set clear objectives fbusiness development, implement personal skill development, performance review trainings other trainings.
? Monitevaluate current initiated marketing activities market dynamics.
? Manage the internal operation of the department to ensure that the fixed assets operational items of the department are well maintained.
? Conduct regular market research obtain information about competitors.
? Set pricing strategies sales targets fthe hotel.
? Manage special projects other related businesses.
? Ensure efficient use of departmental resources.
? Manage human resources within the department, including selection of recruiters, training of department staff, team building, employee performance evaluation, etc.
? Ensure that department staff are clear about the responsibilities assigned to them.
? Take immediate corrective action when the interests of the department hotel are jeopardized.
? Manage customer relations services, including customer needs, product service knowledge, sales effectiveness, communication skills customer feedback.
? Manage departmental expenses budgets.
? Prepare a forecast of the departments monthly expenses submit it to the hotel on the scheduled date.
? Control departmental costs in accordance with hotel policies to avoid waste.
? Ensure that all system related revenue data are accurate in full compliance with Hilton international standards.
? Ensure the filing of departmental documents related information.
? Maintain communication with all operating departments within the group to maximize sales opportunities.
? Promote hotels in relevant industries at home abroad.
? Actively participate in sales activities initiated by Hilton.

? Ensure that all system related revenue data are accurate in full compliance with Hilton international standards.

? Ensure employees fully understfollow the contents of the employee handbook.
