Responsibility
1. Based on personal preferences expertise, new employees will be distributed to specific positions including system engineer, embedded software engineer, algorithm engineer, electronic hardware engineer, project manager.
2. All work is closely focused on advanced R&D of automotive electronic product (electronic control, vehicle networking, intelligent driving). Most projects are designed to serve Japanese market customers.
3. Promote the implementation of innovative projects from concept development to detailed design, within her/his area of expertise.
4. Contribute to flawless new technology deployment from prototype to product, including know-how.
5. Assist in interpreting compiling Japanese document, facilitate on-site Japanese communication.
6. Office base: Shenzhen. Frequency of business travel: Guangzhou 1 week per month, Beijing/Tianjin 1 week per season, Japan 2 weeks per year.
崗位職責(zé)
1. 入職后根據(jù)個人意愿和專業(yè)背景，分配到系統(tǒng)、嵌入式軟件、算法、電子硬件、項目管理這幾個職位。
2. 負(fù)責(zé)汽車電子產(chǎn)品（電控、車聯(lián)網(wǎng)、智能駕駛等各類ECU）的研發(fā)，主要是日本項目。
3. 在其專業(yè)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)，從概念開發(fā)到詳細(xì)設(shè)計，促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新項目的研發(fā)落地。
4. 促進(jìn)新產(chǎn)品/技術(shù)從原型預(yù)研到產(chǎn)品化的部署，包括專有技術(shù)。
5. 協(xié)助日語資料的解讀和編制，現(xiàn)場日語交流。
6. 工作地點深圳。出差頻率：廣州，平均每個月1周；北京/天津，平均每季度1周；日本，平均每年2周。
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree + 3 year experience, postgraduate + 1 year experience, majin science engineering including electronic electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, electronic information, automation, computer science, etc.
2. Japanese as a working language.
3. Work research experience in one of the following areas: systems, software (embedded, application software, algorithms), electronic hardware, project management.
4. Background in automotive industry is preferred.
5. Positive attitude competent computer skills.
任職資質(zhì)
1. 本科3年及以上工作經(jīng)驗，研究生1年及以上工作經(jīng)驗，電子電氣、車輛工程、電子信息、自動化、計算機(jī)等理工科專業(yè)；
2. 能用日語作為工作語言，包含聽說讀寫；
3. 有下列方向之一的工作或科研經(jīng)驗：系統(tǒng)、軟件（嵌入式、應(yīng)用軟件、算法）、電子硬件、項目管理；
4. 汽車行業(yè)背景優(yōu)先；
5. 積極的態(tài)度，勝任的計算機(jī)技能。
