Key Responsibilities:

? Lead manage a multidisciplinary team of scientists, responsible fteam expansion, training, daily operations. Ensure compliance with EH&S operational requirements.
? Optimize the existing in vivo assay on Immunological disease inflammation platforms develop new capabilities to meet evolving market demands.
? Cultivate expthe customer base on a global scale, promoting platform services through collaboration with the business development marketing teams.
? Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various functions within the department, division, company to enhance client services build capabilities.
? Establish maintain productive communication relationships with worldwide business partners, fostering strong business ties with internal external clients.
? Stay current with the latest scientific advancements industry trends in immunology inflammation research.
? Provide scientific support to Business Development teams clients, addressing inquiries about WuXi Biologys in vivo capabilities data packages, working closely with the global team.


Qualifications:

Ph.D. in biological sciences, with over 10 years of industry experience in in vivo pharmacology, specifically within the areas of immunology inflammation.
A strong track record of publications in animal studies, inflammation immune research, along with demonstrated experience in experimental design execution within an industrial setting.
Extensive experience with a variety of in vivo models of immunological inflammatory diseases.
In-depth knowledge of cellular signaling pathways familiarity with cutting-edge technologies.
Proficiency in both English Chinese communication.
Ability to work with a large customer base a dynamic supporting team to drive robust business growth.
Strong leadership people management skills in an industrial setting.

International education work experience.

資格要求：
生物學相關領域的博士學位，在體內藥理學領域（特別是免疫學和炎癥領域）擁有超過10年的行業經驗。
在動物研究、炎癥和免疫研究方面有豐富的出版記錄，以及在工業環境中實驗設計和執行的經驗證明。
在免疫學和炎癥疾病的各種體內模型方面有廣泛的經驗。
對細胞信號通路有深入的了解，并熟悉尖端技術。
精通中英文溝通。
能夠與大量客戶和動態支持團隊合作，推動業務的強勁增長。
在工業環境中具備強大的領導力和人員管理能力。
